Sales development

For sales development, we will implement various activities to further increase results. The fundamental thing is that we can cover 100% of our sales area. This includes an overview of the number of customers in an area and the potential that can be covered by a seller. We want to focus on the quality development of sales and, if necessary, support this with training. A uniform sales appearance shows that the company is well structured. Classifying the customer structure can also be helpful. Corresponding sales potential can be derived from the sales results. Last but not least, customer surveys help us to identify potential and opportunities for improvement and then implement them.
